You provide directly: name, email address, phone number (for SMS only if you opt in), billing address, contact-form messages, booking details via LatePoint, and payment info (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
Collected automatically: browser type, device info, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, referral source, and cookies (first-party and third-party analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver courses, consulting sessions, and purchased services.
- Process payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails and, only with your consent, marketing/newsletter content.
- Send SMS notifications (only if you opt in — see Section 3).
- Improve the site, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box (on our site, booking form, or chat widget), you agree to receive SMS messages from Don’t Be Late at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Types: appointment reminders, session confirmations, client-service updates, educational content drops, and occasional marketing (if separately opted in).
Message Frequency: may vary — typically 2–8 messages per month per enrolled user.
Message & Data Rates: standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message.

Carriers: supported US carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Service Provider: messages are sent through our contracted A2P SMS service providers. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies for session handling, cart functionality (WooCommerce), booking (LatePoint), and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may stop working.
5. Third-Party Services
We use: Stripe (payments), SiteGround (hosting), WordPress/WooCommerce (platform), LatePoint (bookings), Google Calendar/Gmail (scheduling + communications), A2P SMS delivery providers (SMS), and Anthropic Claude (AI assistance in certain services). Each has its own privacy policy.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use HTTPS, access controls, and reputable processors. No online service is 100% secure.
