Operational intelligence
Bring me your problems — missed calls, slow quotes, repetitive tasks, manual workflows. I build custom solutions that handle all of them, so you work on your business, not for it.
Sound familiar?
Callers who hit voicemail rarely leave one. They call the next name on the list, and you never know the call happened.
A two-day quote is often a lost one. The customer compared, decided, and booked while yours was still in your head.
A warm lead you never touch twice goes cold, and you already paid, in time or in ads, to get it.
Hours a week of retyping, plus the errors that come with it: the wrong address on the invoice, the missed change on the schedule.
Evenings and weekends are when emergencies and buying decisions happen. Silence hands them to whoever picks up.
The admin pile is where your evenings go. It never shows up on a bill, so it never gets fixed.
How it works
Fifteen minutes on what you think eats your time or your revenue. Together we find the manual process inside your operations — the pain points, the bottlenecks — and I replace it with an intelligent system that runs itself.
I map out what to build first, then build the highest-impact pieces into the CRM or tools your business already sits on.
You get a working system, the simple tools to use it, and ongoing support. You see the results in your own numbers and decide whether to move forward — or walk away with your money back.
The numbers

Compared
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are tools. An agency is a team. This is a system built for you, by one person you can call.
| Compared on | A ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini subscription | A big agency | Don’t Be Late | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | A chat window and a blank page. Turning its answers into a working process is still your job. | A proposal, a project team, and a timeline measured in months. | A working system inside the tools you already use, built around how your business actually runs. | |
| Who builds it | You do, in the hours you would rather spend on the business. | Whoever is assigned to your account this quarter. | I do. One builder, from the first conversation to the finished system. | |
| Where it lives | In a browser tab, separate from your calls, quotes, and customer records. | Often in a new platform you are asked to move everything into. | Inside the CRM and tools you already pay for. Nothing gets ripped out. | |
| Support and training | Forums, videos, and trial and error. | A support ticket and a queue. | I train you and your staff on the system, and I stay on after the install. | |
| Time to working | As long as it takes you to learn it. | Weeks to months, depending on the team’s schedule. | Thirty days from the discovery call to a working system, measured in your own numbers. | |
| Who answers for it | No one. If the output is wrong, the loss is yours. | An account manager who relays your concerns to the team. | I do. You can reach me directly, and I am accountable for the results. |
About
Built by the guy who answers for it.

I’m Talon. I didn’t come from a technical background or prior entrepreneurship experience — and that is exactly why I’m here: bridging that gap and sharing the ways AI has transformed my life.
It started when I quit my corporate sports advertising sales job to build a side project. I hit walls with the coding and the analysis, and that’s where I discovered what AI could actually do. Countless insights, doubts, and trial and error followed — and more spent on subscriptions, consulting, and courses than I’d like to admit.
I’m not here to sell you software. I’m here to work alongside you: we find the hours leaking out of your week and the revenue slipping past you, I build what plugs them, and I stay on it. Your time back and your revenue up is the only way I succeed — so it’s the only score I keep. What I’m implementing today was only a theory two or three years ago. Now let me prove it.
